After a rather turbulent evening yesterday, Catalyst is once again under friendly control. For anyone who left last night, You are more than welcome to come back, as the problem has been removed.
A more detailed post will be inbound tomorrow, when Im not falling asleep typing........
PS for anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, Eri didnt do it.

Guys, you know I love you all.. even those of you who aren't in the guild anymore and have moved on. That being said.. I am sorry, but there are obviously a couple big more important things in my life that are just taking it up right now. So as for being the Guild Leader of this wonderful guild... I can't do it anymore for a bit. I will still be around when I can, and so will my wife, but it's just too much to do that I don't have time for.
I have spoken with a couple people, and as I honestly feel that as far as raids and such go, it will be easier for everyone to get used to a different raid leader who also fills the role of tank, and as Gurn has to a different extent the same problems I do with being there all the time, I think it best that I bring Eri up into the role of Super bear. I've spoken with him about everything, and the changes won't be as drastic as some of you are probably fearing right now, so PLEASE lend him all the support you can. And for you officers who have stood by me through everything, PLEASE do not feel like I am passing over you for a job you "should" have. I honestly feel that with Eri's heart about this guild he can pull it off and bringn Catalyst back to where it belongs, and I don't think any of the rest of you have the time for it either.
PLEASE everyone PLEASE lend Eri all the support you can, and get this guild of ours running where it needs to be. Again I will still be around when I can, but it obviously will not be where it was at the height of Catalyst's progression under my leadership. We can get back there again...and we will. Just trust in the people you call friends and comrades here and everything will be alright.
